if you are from other country than Pakistan then payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods we offer (e.g., credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
4. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping Time: We aim to ship all orders within one week (6-8days). Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any potential delays.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
Delivery Issues: BashLeather is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages incurred during transit.
5. Returns and Refunds

Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations as the order may already be in process.
